　　考教师资格证没有年龄限制，只要报考当年未达国家法定退休年龄即可。

　　教师资格证考试报考条件

　　教师资格考试报考条件需满足基本条件、户籍及人事关系条件、试点省份条件及不得报考的条件等四个方面，现将教师资格考试报考条件详情整理如下：

　　一、符合以下基本条件的人员，可以报名参加教师资格考试：

　　(一)具有中华人民共和国国籍;

　　(二)遵守宪法和法律，热爱教育事业，具有良好的思想品德;

　　(三)符合申请认定教师资格的体检标准;

　　教师资格条件依照教师法第十条第二款的规定执行，其中"有教育教学能力"应当包括符合国家规定的从事教育教学工作的身体条件。
